Key reference documents
Several documents are important references for the plan. Some of those are documents completed by the City (like its Complete Streets resolution of 2012) while others are guidelines and design manuals developed by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and other agencies.
